Tips for this role

Healthcare recruiters look for registration, clinical skills and evidence of safe practice. Put your professional registration near the top (in the UK, your NMC registration; in the US, your state RN licence; in Australia, AHPRA registration) and keep the number ready for applications — you do not always need to print it on the CV.

Use bullet points that show scale and responsibility: ward type, patient numbers, specialist skills such as IV therapy or tracheostomy care, and any mentoring or link-nurse roles. Mandatory training can be summarized in one line.
